Little touches to any table can take it to the house when it comes to sharing in the fun of game day. Let’s start with a simple and easy way to decorate canning jars for fun ways to sip Coca-Cola during the Big Game.

Canning Jar Football Cups

What You Need:

Start buy using a clean 16-oz. wide-mouth canning jar. I used 3mm yellow washi tape that I already happened to have in my crafting supplies. You can find this at most craft stores. Measure out about 2 inches of the washi tape, and vertically place on a smooth surface part of the canning jars. Measure out three smaller (about an inch) strips to horizontally place over the vertical washi tape. This gives it that “football laces” look. How simple and fun is that?

If you use these for another game day party, they are perfect as the 50 yard line.Checkout football tailgate food and fun ides for your next party at home. Start by chopping 6 scallions and 2 jalapeno peppers. Use half of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers to line the bottom of your slow cooker. Add pork shoulder over the top, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers over the top of the pork shoulder.

In a medium mixing bowl, add in 2 cups of barbecue sauce of choice. I prefer something sweet and spicy. Pour slowly in the 16.9 ounce bottle of Coke Zero and stir.
