How to make Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Start by roasting your carrots separately. For an easy way to roast carrots to a perfect tender texture, try roasting them in the air fryer first.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Simmer the two together until reduced by half. This will take about 15-minutes. Be sure to stir occasionally until the mixture sticks to the back of the spoon.
Remove the glaze from heat and let it slightly cool. Drizzle the roasted carrots with the glaze and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
This glaze can easily be drizzled over two bunches of carrots or coated over a 1 pound bag of baby carrots. Double for a larger gathering or a larger plate.
