Do you love sorbet or ice cream but cannot enjoy it due to the dairy? Let’s create a Dairy Free Strawberry Sorbet today that is so simple and sweet.

Another thing I love about this recipe is that it only has three ingredients. This makes it easy for my kids to help make it.

Is sorbet vegan?

It depends. For example, this recipe calls for maple syrup instead of honey.

I have also researched that for most vegan diets, Silk almond milk yogurt is considered vegan-friendly. However, I do always recommend that you follow your diet as researched.

How to make Dairy Free Strawberry Sorbet:

Add yogurt, syrup, and frozen strawberries to a food processor or blender. Pulse until the strawberries are chopped well.

Scoop out frozen strawberry sorbet and serve right away.

How long will sorbet last in the freezer?

Homemade sorbet can be frozen for about one month until ice begins to overrun it.

If you properly package the sorbet in an airtight container, it has been known to last for up to four months.

Garnish the top of the sorbet with a mint leaf or blueberries for an extra bit of flavor. Serve for dessert or for a special treat on a warm day. A great alternative for ice cream.
