Why did my egg salad get watery?
If your egg salad tends to get watery, you can add a few breadcrumbs to soak up the moisture. Chilling the hard boiled eggs before cutting them also helps. Watery egg salad is usually a result of salad that has been sitting for too long or overcooked eggs.
