- Medium-Sized Pork Shoulder
- scallions
- jalapeno peppers
- bottle of Coke Zero
- barbecue sauce of choice
- RITZ® Original Crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Pork Sliders Meat Dip Recipe
Start by chopping scallions and jalapeno peppers.
Use half of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers to line the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add pork shoulder over the top. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Add the rest of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers over the top.
In a medium mixing bowl, add in barbecue sauce of choice.
Pour slowly in the bottle of Coke Zero and stir. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
Set for 6 hours on low.Once your pork shoulder is thoroughly cooked, remove it onto a cutting board. Use a large serving fork and meat knife to shred pork.
Add shredded pork into a medium mixing bowl and add in 1/2 cup of leftover barbecue sauce. Mix to cover the entire meat.Add more sauce if you like.
Serve with RITZ® Original Crackers in a serving dish to create tasty sliders for your Big Game tablescape.

Instructions
- Start by chopping 6 scallions and 2 jalapeno peppers.
- Use half of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers to line the bottom of your slow cooker. Add pork shoulder over the top.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Add the rest of the chopped scallions and jalapeno peppers over the top.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add in 2 cups of barbecue sauce of choice.
- Pour slowly in the 16.9-ounce bottle of Coke Zero and stir.
- Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- Set for 6 hours on low.
- Once your pork shoulder is thoroughly cooked, remove onto a cutting board.
- Use a large serving fork and meat knife to shred pork.
