Halloween Jack-O-Lantern Quesadilla – A Halloween Recipe
Ingredients
- soft tortillas
- Mexican style cheese
- guacamole
Recipe
Use a sharp steak knife to cut out a Jack-o’-Lantern face on one of the soft tortillas.
Lay the other tortilla on a plate and sprinkle with Mexican cheese as desired.
Add the cut out the tortilla to the top and microwave for about 1 minute.
Let cool for a few minutes and add 1/2 tbsp guacamole to the top to create a “stem”.
Serve this Halloween recipe for a fun lunch!
