Speaking of golden, why not enjoy these Harry Potter Golden Snitch Cupcakes at your next magical party?
The best part about these Golden Snitch Cupcakes is that unlike the real Golden Snitch that Harry nearly swallows in the films, these are completely edible.
What is the best way to melt almond bark?
For this recipe, you will be using almond bark that must be melted. The easiest way to melt almond bark so that it is smooth and creamy is to fill a skillet 1/3 full with water.
Place the skillet over medium heat and allow the water to heat up for a few minutes. No need to have it boiling but a rolling boil isn’t bad.
Place almond bark in a bowl that will not be damaged by heat. Break the almond bark into smaller pieces to quicken the melting process.
Set the bowl of almond bark in the pan of water so the heat from the water can melt the almond bark. This helps the chocolate to not burn and melt to a good consistency.
Once the almond bark begins to melt, stir continuously with a wooden spoon to keep it smooth.
