Can I reheat glazed carrots?

Glazed carrots can be reheated however it isn’t as simple as tossing them into a microwave. You don’t want hard as rock glaze.

To reheat, add a small amount of butter into a skillet and add carrots over medium heat. Heat all the way through. A little bit of extra butter will help any carrots that are dry.

Can you freeze glazed carrots?

No, they will not return to texture well when reheated once frozen. If you have leftovers from Easter, I would suggest eating them as soon as possible.

What you need to make Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots

  • baby or rainbow carrots
  • butter
  • honey
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make Honey Glazed Roasted Carrots

Roast carrots separately in an air fryer or by your favorite recipe. While they are roasting, use a medium-saucepan to cook the glaze.

Add butter, honey and lemon juice to saucepan and bring to a simmer. Let the butter melt and the mixture reduce by half until the glaze is sticking to the back of the spoon.

Layout carrots on a platter or in a bowl. Drizzle or coat the carrots with the honey glaze. Season to taste with black pepper and garnish with parsley.

Give these a try at your next family dinner and enjoy how much this glaze brings out the sweet flavor of carrots. You will have everyone thinking that they are already enjoying dessert during their meal. These pair perfectly with ham, pork roast, roasted chicken, and turkey. Plus, they look beautiful on any holiday table.
