How to Make Buffalo Tater Tot Casserole
Begin by browning the ground beef and sprinkle over the garlic salt and black pepper. Cook until no longer pink.
Transfer the cooked ground beef into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Add cream of chicken and sour cream and mix it all together with the ground beef. You want to make sure everything is well coated.
Add frozen tater tots onto the top of the meat mixture.
No need to heat or warm these prior to mixing them into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and be as liberal as you like. I prefer a lot of cheese.
Sprinkle buffalo style hot sauce over the top to the desired amount. Remember, less is more and you can always add more to each serving.
Cover the slow-cooker and cook on low for 6-hours.
Serve with additional sour cream, cheese, or hot sauce and enjoy!
This is going to be one tasty treat on a chilly evening.
