Thanksgiving is right around the corner and it is time to begin planning fun family entertainment for the holiday. That is why I created this printable Thanksgiving placemat for kids.
There is nothing I enjoy more than having my family over for a great Thanksgiving meal. I also like to ensure that I am able to keep our kids busy while I put the finishing touches on the table.

I don’t know about the kids in your life but my daughter loves to draw. She is incredibly imaginative. This is why I wanted to create a Thanksgiving placemat that could help expand on that.
Thanksgiving Placemat Printable for Kids
Instead of having kids write what they are thankful for this Thanksgiving, I thought I would add a place for them to draw what they are thankful for.
Giving them time to think of what that might be and expand their thoughts on it by visualizing.
Each child can share their drawing and explain what it is that they are most thankful for this season.
Pick up a few inexpensive coloring crayon boxes and have the kids at your table color the fall leaves in all of the rich tones that they see outside this holiday season. The kids can even take home their crayons if they would like.
Finally, have each child design their own dessert and have everyone pick out some of their favorites for each design.
Nothing like dessert to get everyone talking! It is something the kids can really get involved in and share.
