Easy Party Muffins Ingredients

- baking powder
- rainbow sprinkles
- salt
- buttermilk
- vegetable oil
- sugar
- vanilla extract
- eggs
- confectioners sugar
- lemon juice
- additional rainbow sprinkles for garnishment
How to make Birthday Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line 12-cup muffin pan with liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sprinkles, and salt and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, and eggs.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold until just barely blended.
Pour batter into liners and fill about three-quarters full.
Bake for about 13-17 minutes and then let the cupcakes cool in the baking pan.
Stir together confections sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Remove muffins from pan and drizzle with the icing.
Garnish with sprinkles.
