These listed locations are all around the Walt Disney World Resort so hopefully, no matter where you are on the property, you can enjoy ice cream when the craving hits. In the Florida heat, nothing beats scoops of ice cream.
Best Places to Get Ice Cream at Walt Disney World
L’Artisan des Glaces – Epcot World Showcase France Pavilion
This artisan ice cream and sorbet shop in the France pavilion at Epcot, features 16 various flavors, all made in-house with fresh ingredients. My favorite treat is the macaron ice cream sandwich. Two of my picks in one. Just note that their hours are not exact to Epcot. They are customarily open from noon-9pm with hours subject to change.
Beaches & Cream – Disney’s Beach Club Resort
Beaches & Cream is a classic place to grab ice cream at Walt Disney World. Most already know about the famous Kitchen Sink. If you want something that two can share, try the No Way Jose. A huge sundae filled with chocolate and vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and peanut butter sauces, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and a cherry.
You can also grab a waffle cone and chose from many different ice cream flavors to enjoy by the pool. A great way to wind down any day at Walt Disney World.
Be sure to get reservations in advance if you plan to eat here or simply utilize their quick service entry to take in on the go. It does get busy quickly so try and stop in during non-peak times after lunch and before dinner.

Sprinkles – Disney Springs
Sprinkles isn’t merely known for their cupcakes. They also have slow churned ice cream. Grab an old fashioned coke bottle and a cone to enjoy on their patio on a warm day.
Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or Aloha Isle at the Magic Kingdom
The Dole Whip soft serve and Dole Whip float are well-recognized classic but must be mentioned. The Dole Whip float is my personal favorite with Dole Whip soft serve over fresh pineapple juice. It is the Hawaiian isles in a cup taking me right back to the Dole plantation on Oahu where I enjoyed fresh ice cream in a pineapple.
Sunshine Tree Terrace – Magic Kingdom
Not a fan of Dole Whips? That’s okay! The Sunshine Tree Terrace offers a great Citrus Swirl. You can also choose from a Citrus Swirl Float, Orange Cream Float, Ice Cream Float, or Orange Cream soft serve.
Plaza Ice Cream Parlor – Magic Kingdom
There is a wide selection of great ice cream selections here. This ice cream shop is timeless but I will say they are often very busy with lines out the door. Amazing ice cream but there might be a wait.
This is where you can also get the Mickey and Minnie Kitchen Sink Sundaes. These come in souvenir mini-kitchen sinks that are adorable. Yes, the Mickey kitchen sink looks just like Mickey and the Minnie kitchen sink looks like Minnie’s skirt.
50’s Prime Time Cafe – Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The Peanut Butter n’ Jelly milkshake is the best at 50’s Prime Time Cafe. You will want to drink every drop with this favorite. Even though the 50’s Prime Time Cafe is a table service that you will need reservations for, the Peanut Butter n’ Jelly milkshake and atmosphere makes it all work it.

There are various ice cream carts that you will come across around the Disney Parks. The prized Mickey Premium Bar can be found at these. This is one decadent chocolate ice cream bar that you will want to enjoy.
